Installation:

• The 12’ structure is built to last with a wood frame , the frame on the top is actually 5 foot round and not the skimpy 2” dowels that some kits come with. This is a total weight of 680 lbs of lumber and thatch. You will not need to fasten this kit to the concrete because of the weight and its even distribution., it is free standing with 6” pressure treated posts forming it’s main structure. The kit comes with all pre-drilled and pre cut wood , all of the hardware and also two layers of thatch. It takes two installers about 4 hrs to put it together if you have some experience otherwise it would take closer to 6 hrs. The thatch needs to be secured by using an air gun and ½” x 1” galvanized staples.
