Your Responsibility:
It is recommended that you routinely apply a protective coating to your Tiki
statues in order to avoid premature aging caused by possible natural elements.
Culbertson Imports will not be responsible for damages as a result of improper
maintenance and care.
Restocking Fee:
An additional 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all orders that have been processed.This means
any order that is packaged and ready to leave the warehouse and also orders that have been shipped.
In the event that your order has been
shipped, please understand that you may return it within 7 days of receipt
but you will not be refunded the shipping costs or the 15%
restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BAMBOO PRODUCTS, PALAPA KITS, AND THATCH are ABSOLUTELY NONRETURNABLE.Shipping:
We are using FedEx
- U.S for most orders.
Some orders, depending on the sizes and/or dimensions of the packages, can shipped
using different carrier or freight companies.
If you want to use your preferred carrier and provide us with your account #,
let us know and we will see if we can arrange it.
But note that there will be an additional $50 fee for any special shipping
arrangements that require us to deliver to the shipping agency and
to make special shipping quotes out of our routine and standard practices.
You can always give us your FedEx
account # if you prefer that we use it.
We currently only Ship to the continental U.S., however we can make exceptions
and try to assist you.
Delivery times:
5-10 business days within the contiguous
U.S.Pending funds are received and deposited in our bank.

Service days: Monday-Friday
Delivery area available to all 50 U.S. states.
(Exceptions: FedEx
Home Delivery and Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes and packages weight limit
is 150lbs.)
If one of your products weights over 150 lbs and/or is longer than 8 feet,
we will have to use a trucking company.
In this case, select the first shipping method (Pick-up ONLY, which also applies
for oversize/overweight packages/products).
After checkout, where you will only pay for the products at this point, we will
contact you with your shipping quote and then pay separately.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, make sure you
change it. When placing your order, you will have the opportunity to edit the
shipping address and billing address. If you do not provide a different shipping
address, your order will be shipped to your billing address by default.
International:
Please Contact Us for a quoted rate additional charges and restrictions will
apply
1) Please contact your customs office for clarification on regulations and restrictions.
2) Make sure it is legal to import.
3) We will not issue a refund if the item is seized by customs unless the package
is returned to us by customs officials.
4) The customer assumes responsibility for any duties or taxes that may apply.
Additional Shipping Information:
During business days, within 5 business days your order is usually shipped from the warehouse.
Restrictions: If your order requires extra labor (such as finishing Tiki
statues, preparing a palapa kit, a custom sign, etc...), your order might take
a few extra days.
Also, bamboo orders that require a quote may require additional times.
Finally, if you need any order to be taken care of and shipped out same day
(or next day if placed after 12pm), after letting us know,and we can provide a shipping quote for that service.
In any case, feel free to contact us and ask us about the lead time for a particular
order.
Wholesale:
In the event that we are not able to locate the exact item that
you have ordered, we will automatically substitute it with a similar or comparable
item.
This may be a simple case of substituting it for a different color and in some
cases a slightly different style or wording. Any promotions or free shipping only apply to retail customers.
Thatch:
Prior to ordering any type of thatch product, please carefully read the following:
Throughout the county, fire inspectors may have diverse requirements and it
is therefore strongly recommended that you consult with your local inspector
prior to any purchase or installation. NO guarantees as to the fire safety or
the acceptability by the governing authorities are expressed or implied by Culbertson
Imports. Fire safety is very important and the standards will and do vary. Therefore,
advanced planning in conjunction with your local Fire Marshal is not on a must,
but a very wise and cost effective decision. Do not cut corners!
THATCH PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Bamboo/Tikis:
All poles have been fumigated to USDA regulations.
Please make sure you select the "Waiting for a Quote"
option in the shipping page when you checkout. Checkout without
paying for shipping and we will then give you a quote for your shipping by email
or phone. We will then send you a link on our website so you can pay for the
shipping.
YOU PAY WHAT WE PAY... But if the quote doesn't satisfy you, we will cancel
your order and you won't be charged.
BAMBOO POLES AND TIKIS WILL EXPERIENCE NATURAL CRACKING. This does not affect the integrity.
BAMBOO PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.TIKI STATUES ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR BEING NATURALLY CRACKED.
Tropical Matting:
OUR TROPICAL MATTINGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Damaged Goods, Returns or Exchanges:
We prepare your orders with care; however, a product may arrive
damaged or defective. You may also for whatever reason decide that you do not
want the product. If this happens, please return the product within 7
days upon reception for a full refund or exchange.
Be advised that this will not include a refund on shipping and handling (This
does not apply for bamboo and thatch products that are not returnable). When
we replace a damaged product, we will ship out the new product(s) at no additional
cost.
Return shipping cost is at customer's expense.
